| Highlights |

- Anna Maria Alberghetti plays an illegal Polish alien and Rosemary Clooney the dewey-eyed showbiz aspirant who protects the refugee girl. The two ladies pin their hopes on a TV talent contest. Alberghetti becomes an opera star, while Clooney becomes a pop singer.
